Our Director

Executive Director / Owner: 

Jennifer Rogers-Burke, MSW, LCSW, OCCS Cert., EEC Cert., Director II, Lead Teacher Preschool / Infant / Toddler – 1st Aid and CPR Certified.

Jennifer Rogers-Burke has worked with children for the past 17 years.  Her commitment to you as the parent and you child is an exciting, safe and nurtured environment where a child can experience the joy of being properly cared for along with making many friends, learning new information and developing high self esteem.  Please feel free to contact Jennifer at (978) 851-7800 with any questions or comments.  We work as a team with our parent and invite your feedback.

Our Staff

All of our staff are carefully selected for their experience working with children, education, skills and character and nurturing ability in working with children.  The staff is required to complete 20 hours of professional development per year in Early Childhood Education and Special Needs.  We feel that communication with parents is an important part of your child's growth and positive experience at preschool.  Please feel free to ask questions or discuss daily issues with your child's teacher, at drop off or schedule an appointment.

• All Academy Staff will have a CORI Check.
• All Academy Staff are trained in 1st Aid and CPR certified.
• Teachers are college educated and trained professionals.
• Health Care Consultant with 30 years of experience.

• Safety/Hazard Consultant with over 14 years of experience as an EMT and Firefighter.
